Scope

BizGive Limited (“BizGive”) uses select third-party service providers with access to certain Customer Data (each, a ‘Subprocessor’) to assist with its data processing and customer engagement across https://www.bizgive.app, https://app.assetface.com and https://app.assetface.com (each the “Platform”).

BizGive may update these subprocessors from time to time which will be reflected on this page.

Infrastructure subprocessors

BizGive may use the following Subprocessors to host Customer Data or in providing other infrastructure that supports the delivery of our Services:

• Entity: Amazon Web Services, Inc.
  Purpose: Cloud-based infrastructure and data services.
  Location: EU
• Entity: Google LLC
  Purpose: Cloud-based infrastructure and data services.
  Location: Ireland

Other subprocessors

BizGive may use the following Subprocessors to perform other Service functions:

• Entity: Hubspot
  Purpose: Cloud-based Customer support and marketing services.
  Location: UK

• Entity: LLamaIndex
  Purpose: Cloud-based text extraction and parsing services.
  Location: EU
